Delivery & Returns:
We want you to love our products and the experience of shopping with us! Our standard delivery time is 13-19 working days for Bespoke Orders & 03 to 05 working days for rest of the orders, but we always try to deliver the orders before the given timeline. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Exchanges And Returns
- Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality.
- For return requests due to quality issues, Xtyle Tribe will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future online order.
- The item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice.
- For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, colour, or silhouette) the customer has the right to request an exchange.
- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if any purchased items are defective, a refund will be processed.
- All exchanges can only be made for the same product.
- All returns and exchanges for orders within Pakistan must be sent back to the address provided by Xtyle Tribe at the customer’s expense.
- If your product is defective, please fill out the ‘Defective Item’ form when processing your return or exchange, as this helps us conduct a quality inspection to approve your request.
- It would also be helpful if any photos of the defects can be shared with Xtyle Tribe’ s customer service.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order (Only for Digital Prints not for Bespoke Orders) any time before the order has been processed or confirmed by our customer support team.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information.
- Xtyle Tribe reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including the stock unavailability, pricing imprecisions, or the declined payment by your authorized financial institution.
- If an online payment was made, the customer will either be issued store credit or a refund.
- A refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the purchase and the amount may appear in your monthly credit card statement in 3-10 days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Customercare@xtyletribe.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customercare@xtyletribe.com
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
